Every tenant, franchisee and exhibitor gets the portal as part of your platform fee. No fees, no charges, no card needed.
What tenants get arrow_forwardProcessing fees only when you use them
Invoice and collect from your own system and there is no fee. The 1.25% and 2.4% apply only to tenant payments made through Nter.

Till feeds, automatic sales capture, settlements and deductions are an optional module, priced on usage.

What counts as a landlord user? add
A person on your team with a login to the landlord console. Tenants never count; their portal is free.
How does the free month work? add
Your first month on Nter is free, with every module switched on. Processing fees on tenant payments still apply, because they are passed through from the payment provider.
Do we have to use the money module? add
No. Many centres run leasing, contracts and signing on Nter and invoice from their own accounting system. Money, POS and settlements are switched on per tenant when you want them.
Can Nter work with our property management software? add
Yes, that's the design. Nter handles the short-term leasing your existing system wasn't built for and exports clean, VAT-inclusive figures back to accounting, including straight into MRI.
Is there a long-term contract? add
No. The platform fee is month to month, with no tie-ins. We'd rather earn our place every month.
What does onboarding look like? add
We set up your spaces, rates, contract templates and application forms with you, train the team, and stay on the end of the phone afterwards.
