One tenant, one payout window, nothing typed in by hand.

Connect the till. That's the integration.

Nter connects to industry-leading point-of-sale systems for retail and hospitality, including Lightspeed and Yoco, or tenants can use ours. Several tenants can even trade through one shared till in a shop you run, with every sale recorded against whoever's product it was.

  • check_circle Daily till feeds per lease, with dated coverage so a gap is never silent
  • check_circle Shared-shop tills: supplier mappings per product, one till for the room
  • check_circle No till? Tenants declare or upload monthly turnover instead
  • check_circle Best sellers, busiest hours and top performers, in real time

Sales in. Deductions taken. Payout released.

Set the rules once, from turnover rent and card fees to a loan instalment or a franchise royalty, and every payout window runs the same way. Funds are reconciled, deductions are taken, and one or many beneficiaries are paid.

Performance-based leases, settled automatically

Share the risk and the reward. Set a turnover share on a lease and Nter calculates it from real sales as the tenant trades, then settles the balance in the payout: monthly in arrears, VAT back-calculated, never added on top.

  • check_circle Fixed, per-m², per-day, per-week and turnover-share rental types on one lease
  • check_circle Tenants see rent against sales on their own performance page
